Q: Will all projects be shipped via the most convenient distribution method?

A: Yes, we will always source the most cost effective form of distribution to ensure your shipment arrives on time.

Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?

A: Delivery will be by the most efficient method of transport and will depend on where you are situated.

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: Your order will be processed within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time we receive your order. One of our staff will be in contact with you within the first week of receiving your order to confirm design and layout.

Q. What are the payment terms?

A. Upon written confirmation of your order a 25% deposit will be required to commence final designs and layouts. A further 25% upon completion of the designs before shipment and the final 50% upon delivery.

Q. Can we build it?

A. Yes we Can! We can arrange for one of our crews to assemble on your site. This is an additional cost and will be discussed in the final design stage.

Q. What about permits?


A. Yes, we can organise all necessary council and building permits. These costs will be included in your quotation.

Q. Can we have a split level design or 2 storey?


A. Yes. The split level design can allow the Enviropod design to be built on the side of a hill without disturbing the natural landscape. Our design includes concrete pillars to elevate the design and to reduce the need for ground excavation.


Q. Can the product be totally self sustainable?


A. The Enviropod's design can retain natural rain water in a selection of holding tanks, use solar and wind power systems supplying sufficient power to run all building needs and a septic system for grey water usage for landscaping and irrigation.
